Social entrepreneurship in a Berber village

Private investors are investing in a peri-urban rural village to respond to a new market for restaurateurs and individuals in order to develop rural villages, to restore social dynamics and employment through food production that respects the environment.

My mission: Creation of the design, implementation and realization of the project with the formation of a team.

  • State of play,

  • Exchange with the locals, putting the song of possibilities into perspective,

  • Designate 9 plots for 9 farmers,

  • Establishment of production areas,

  • Training of production sectors (nursery, fertilization, soil life, rotation ...)

Creation of a collective place for:

  • The greenhouse,  seedling production,

  • The production of compost and natural fertilizers (home made),

  • Washing vegetables and packaging,

  • Training cycle on management, irrigation, fertilization, conditioning,

  • Economic outlets: target audience, development of production.

Implementation of the project :

  • Water: basin supplied by the Tamait dam.

  • Audience: Berber community in the Tamait region.
