  • This training aims to support a school over 21 days in carrying out an eco-citizenship project in health / nutrition during a school year.
     

  • Each point is developed according to the needs and wishes of the team of teachers and head teachers.

 Education: Become a facilitator  

  Permaculture in schools

GOALS :

  • To be part of the context of generalized evolution of the social system linked to ecology.

  • Meet the needs of the education system by training school personnel in the tools necessary to face the environmental challenges of the 21st century.

  • Make young students teachers to their parents.

  • Explore the ins and outs of an environmental education project through the eco-citizenship approach.

  • Support the learning of basic subjects by integrating a new activity based on ecology.

  • Theoretical contributions, case studies, practical advice to better respond to specific issues encountered in the field.

  • The program provides for in-depth work on the design of tools, listening to the context and the space to be occupied. He learns the management of a seasonal schedule and its adaptation according to the evolution of the project in the field.

     

TRAINING PROGRAM

  • Integration of educational tools within classes.

  • Assembly of the food production module, training in its maintenance and operation.

  • Use of the educational trunk,  possible and desirable adaptations and additions.

  • Depending on its space, how to integrate the class in a standing position and in movement in order to respect the physiological balance of children's growth.

  • Support the learning of subjects with more fun means, simply create desire.

  • Mobilize children to be agents of change.

  • Mobilize parents to understand the process of the establishment.

  • Produce seeds in your school, sponsor one or two varieties per class in order to redistribute them to parents and discuss with other classes.

  • Set up a small organic market at the end of the year with some vegetables, aromatic and medicinal herbs.

  • Create a communal nursery within the school in order to launch a reforestation campaign at the commune level.

  • Create a nursery for vegetable plants that will be sold to parents in order to finance the rest of the project and allow children to apply what they have learned at school with their parents, restore the link between children and parents with activities ecological.
